COVID-19 POLICY – Grow Up Conference and Expo takes the health and safety of our delegates and all attendees very seriously. All surfaces within the expo will be disinfected daily and all panels/sessions will be disinfected courtesy of SHYIELD. Masks are mandatory and social distancing will be in place while indoors. Masks will be available to anyone that needs one – provided by Grow Haus.
Due to the newly mandated provincial Covid requirements (Government of Ontario source linked below), this year’s Niagara Falls Grow Up Conference, Expo and Awards has been postponed to accommodate those awaiting first/second doses. The event dates have been moved back to November 30th, December 1st and 2nd; postponed from original dates of October 5-7.
In accordance with Ontario’s new safety requirements and vaccine mandates announced this week, all attendees, exhibitors, panelists and suppliers at the 2021 Grow Up Conference, Expo and Awards will need to present proof of double vaccination to enter the conference venue. (48hr negative Covid tests will no longer suffice for entry at the Scotiabank Conference Centre).
While we regret any inconveniences the postponement/change of entry requirements may have; we believe wholeheartedly that this will provide a safer, more enjoyable experience for everyone at the show. Given the new vaccine requirements that take effect Sept 22nd across the province of Ontario, we hope this helps to further simplify and protect everyone in attendance.
We appreciate your understanding, and encourage all interested prospective attendees, to get vaccinated at least two weeks prior to the event.
