Investment program to fund innovations in indoor growing

Chicago-based investment firm, Sente Foundry LLC, is accepting applications worldwide for its new Indoor AgTech program.
The program, run in partnership with GrowRaw Lighting Technologies, looks to support startups that have developed innovative solutions to improve, automate and streamline agriculture in greenhouses and indoor growing environments.
From October to December 2020, the program will give 8-10 chosen startups the opportunity to be analyzed and evaluated by GrowRay’s team of horticulture scientists and engineers. Of these participating startups, at least three companies will be chosen to pilot their technologies in a state-of-the-art growing facility, They will also gain access to Sente Foundry’s “ecosystem of indoor AgTech investors and service providers.”
The aim of the program is to curate a platform of hardware, software and process technologies that can work in concert to deliver consistent, high-quality yield for indoor crops.
The deadline for applications is Sunday, August 16.
Sente Foundry, founded in 2013, supports early-stage companies that operate in over 40 countries.
