MediPharm Labs appoints new chief financial officer

Greg Hunter joins the MediPharm Labs Corp. executive team as the new chief financial officer.
Hunter, who will officially assume the role on Feb. 8, brings 20 years of experience in senior finance roles in multiple industries, including healthcare distribution, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and telecommunications. He replaces Olga Utkutug who served as interim CFO while also serving as the company’s finance director.
“As we look to seize new growth opportunities and expand our product offerings, (Hunter’s) addition will ensure that we are well positioned to execute on our plans and deliver profitable growth in the future,” said Keith Strachan, president and interim CEO of MediPharm Labs.
“I would also like to thank Olga Utkutug for her many contributions and leadership as Interim CFO. We look forward to her continued support as a key member of our finance team,” he added.
