Cannabis operator TerrAscend Corp. has completed its acquisition of premium cannabis brand, Gage Growth Corp.
Gage is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of TerrAscend, bringing the small-batch cannabis brand to TerrAscend’s portfolio of operations. TerrAscend has a number of vertically-integrated operations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Michigan and California, with licensed operations in Maryland and Mississauga, Ont.
