Four of Canada’s major cannabis producers have signed on as brand partners for PAX Labs Inc.’s line of vaporizers.

Aphria, Aurora Cannabis, Organigram Holdings, and The Supreme Cannabis Company have signed on as PAX Era brand partners, according to a release from PAX Labs. PAX designs and develops premium vaporizers for cannabis flower and concentrates.

As brand partners, these four producers will offer high quality products from their various brands in pods compatible with the PAX Era device. The PAX Era will be available in Canada later this year, in accordance with the legislation of cannabis extracts, edible cannabis and cannabis topicals. The PAX Era, a pen-and-pod system for cannabis concentrates, will provide consumers with a superior cannabis experience, delivering quality, control and predictability to each session, PAX Labs said.

Additionally, Supreme Cannabis’ flagship brand, 7ACRES, will launch its vape products exclusively on the PAX Era platform, the company said.

“We have been working hard to ensure Canadian consumers will be able to enjoy quality cannabis concentrates in a convenient pod-format,” said Tim Pellerin, Canadian general manager, PAX. “That is why we are excited to launch our immersive PAX Era experience with quality products from four powerhouse cannabis companies – Aphria, Aurora, Organigram and Supreme Cannabis. As the market grows, we will continue to bring on more brand partners, offering our consumers a selection of products on the PAX Era platform.”

Aphria will bring its premium cannabis extracts from Solei, RIFF and its medical cannabis brand, Aphria, to the Era platform, according to the company’s vice-president for marketing, Megan McCrae.

“This partnership reflects Aphria’s unwavering focus on innovation and new product offerings to meet the needs of all cannabis consumers, from novices to experienced users alike,” McCrae said.

In a statement, Aurora’s chief commercial officer Darren Karasiuk said the partnership with PAX will allow the company to cover “new and novel products.”

“This agreement is one of many steps Aurora is taking to be ready for the new market opportunities, and to provide our customers with ample supply and greater choice of products and delivery platforms.”

Supreme Cannabis CEO Navdeep Dhaliwal said the partnership with PAX will create the “ultimate vaporizing experience.”

“Through our partnership, PAX Era users will have exclusive access to oil pods from our multi-award winning brand, 7ACRES, as well as access to pods for our other premium brands.”
