Noah Hirsch, commercial sales and grower support, Emerald Harvest Nutrients

Noah Hirsch is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an Oaksterdam University Alumni. He has been cultivating cannabis for more than a decade. He gained insight by working with leaders in the cannabis space including: Emerald Harvest nutrients, Gorilla Grow Tent, and KIND LED grow lamps. He is currently consulting for Emerald Harvest Nutrients developing and supporting commercial cannabis projects. His cannabis projects span seven countries in four continents. Currently, he holds the position senior VP of operations for Obsidian Farms, the licensed cannabis farm he co-founded.


Chetiya Amarasinghe , president – Kalahari Connections Canada Ltd.

Chetiya is the president of Kalahari Connections Canada Ltd. – the authorized agent for Medicoir products in Canada. Kalahari Connections has been a major supplier of coco coir grow media in Canada since 2013. Chetiya has a B.Sc. in Earth Sciences/Chemistry from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and a B.Tech. in Environmental Engineering from BCIT, Canada.


Derek Stucki

Widely known as the napkin guy!  Derek Stucki is passionate about elevating the industry by professionalism.  Odor elimination is his game and he brings peace of mind to cannabis operators with oxidative odor elimination.  A veteran of many successful odor battles in all kinds of smelly places – he brings triumph over odor complaints and enforcement to the world of cannabis.


Bridget Hoffer, co-founder, Marigold Marketing and PR

Bridget Hoffer is the co-founder of Marigold Marketing and PR, a communications strategist and brand expert. She has extensive experience in delivering strategic communications, marketing, and brand programs that achieve results and resonate. Her expertise ranges from developing and managing iconic Canadian brands to refreshed personal brands with effective positioning to ensure relevance and value.

From 2000 to 2014, Bridget was the executive director of CBC communications, marketing, and brand for all CBC English Services. She collaborated with CBC Radio-Canada’s French and Corporates service on national projects. During her tenure, CBC was ranked as one of Canada’s most influential brands by Ipsos. Previous, to her role as executive director, Bridget was director of CBC Radio and CBC regional communications. Before joining CBC, Bridget led the communications teams for the United Way of Winnipeg and the Winnipeg Art Gallery. Currently, she is a board member for Safetynet services in Oakville, ON.
