Delta 9 announces plans for facility expansions

Delta 9 Cannabis Inc. recently announced that Health Canada has approved the licensed producer for two expansion projects.

The expansion approval will allow Delta 9 to expand the perimeter of its Winnipeg-based facilities from 80,000 square feet to approximately 95,000 square feet.

Health Canada has also approved for a new 7,500-square-foot storage and distribution area. This new building will be dedicated to product packaging, case-packing, and distribution efficiency.

The company said in a press release that this expansion will allow Delta 9 to improve its control systems within its new perimeters. It also hopes to improve operational flow for more expansions for the future.
