Awarded with “Most Anticipated Licensed Producer” title by Canadian Cannabis Awards, Tantalus Labs will enter cannabis sales with five cannabis products. The company’s five strains, dubbed the “Tantalus Range,” span three product categories which allude to their cannabinoid contents and consequent effects, ranging from high THC to high CBD. More information on these products is available on TantalusLabs.com.

Sales registration has begun for early supporters of the company, and will open to all residents of Canada on a first come, first serve basis.

Dan Sutton, Tantalus Labs CEO, notes, “This moment marks the cumulation of five years of design and development at our unique facility, SunLab. The vision of delivering world-class sun-grown cannabis to Canadians has come to fruition.”

SunLab’s purpose-built, specialized greenhouses utilize sunlight for the plant’s primary photosynthetic input, rather than solely relying on artificial lighting. This reduces electricity demand by up to 90 per cent, compared to historical illicit-market practices. Designing and building the first cannabis-tailored greenhouse of its kind in North America, Tantalus Labs is committed to developing environmentally sustainable best practices for cannabis cultivation.
