Grower Day conference features ‘Cannabis Day’
By Mari-Len De Guzman
For the first time ever, the annual Grower Day conference has added a full-day conference focused on the cannabis industry. Titled, Cultivating Your Cannabis Enterprise, day two of the two-day Grower Day conference, to be held June 18 and 19 in St. Catharines, Ont., will feature thought leaders in the Canadian cannabis industry discussing trends and issues that impact your cannabis business.
Sister publications Greenhouse Canada, Grow Opportunity, Canadian Security and Canadian Packaging have teamed up to bring together industry experts at Grower Day 2019 to provide two full days of learning and networking.
Day 1 is dedicated to the original Grower Day for ornamental and vegetable producers. This year, it’s all about ‘flourishing in the technological age,’ featuring the latest on pest and disease management, smart LED lighting, software solutions and more, including a really informative session for vegetable and flower producers on learning how to co-exist with your cannabis-growing neighbour.
On Day 2, attendees will hear from industry thought leaders and innovators about the latest trends and issues that impact the cannabis industry, including technology innovations, organic growing and sustainable production, security and operational best practices.
Grower Day features an outstanding line-up of speakers and presenters that will provide great insights for attendees to take their business to the next level. The event is also a great opportunity to meet with leading suppliers and service providers in the industry and discuss how they are helping solve today’s business challenges.
