Sunniva president resigns

Vancouver-based Sunniva Inc. announced Nov. 18 that Kevin Wilkerson has resigned as president of the company, as well as president and CEO of Sun CA Holdings Inc., the company’s U.S. based subsidiary.

The resignation will be effective Dec. 2. The company has not announced a reason for Wilkerson’s resignation nor any replacement at this time.

Wilkerson’s resignation comes days after Sunniva board of director, Michael Barker, resigned on Nov. 15.
